Given to St. Catherine Laboure in 1830, the Miraculous Medal remains to this day one of the easiest devotions there is; however, the graces that come from Mary resulting from this devotion are not trifle. The only requirements are that the medal is worn, and each day, the prayer: "O Mary Conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee," are said. The prayer is conveniently located on the medal itself. It is a shame people forget about this simple and effective devotion. One should never be without this precious gift from Our Most Holy Mother.
